FROZEN BROWNIES ala ICHA

I took this recipe from my mom's blog. Many readers are interested in this recipe. Many were hijacked. I just wanted to share with all my beloved readers.  This kind of cake is a modification of my grandma's brownies recipe, which we added with more chocolate .. Soo tasty ... Its so easy to made, thats why my mom love this recipe. Hihihi...

Ok,, enough for my blah blah ...

FROZEN BROWNIES ala ICHA

200ml Flour
70ml Cocoa powder (vanhouten)
85gram Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
40ml Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk (CCM)
3 eggs
150ml Sugar
100ml Oil
100ml Fresh Milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilly

How To Make:
1. Melt the DCC and oil, Then keep at room temperature.
2. Sift flour and cocoa powder together.
3. Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy.
4. Put inside the melted DCC and oil. Then put CCM, milk, salt, vanilla powder. Mix together.
5. Enter the flour and cocoa powder which is sifted, mix again.
6. Divide into 2-3 brownie pan.
7. Insert to oven / steam pot about 20 minute.
8. Then open up the oven, take the browniest out of the pan, then let it cool (room temperature).
9. Cut the cake into finger size.
10. Wrap each cut with the alumunium foil.
11.Then put it enter your fridge...

Voila,, Frozen Brownies ala Icha, ready to grab...
Cold like an ice cream, soft like a cake, and yummy like a browniest....
